During the course of the training, as you resolve and release
obstacles in the way of your work, spiritual awareness often
deepens and the work moves into a natural alignment with
that awareness.
Observation is an essential tool that allows us to design Consummate Teacher
Training for your specific needs. Periodic observation of you as you work allows
us to identify dynamics in your teaching that will illuminate hidden obstacles as
well as gifts, such as untapped abilities and innate talents.
This takes place in practice sessions. In them, you will practice with volunteers
such as colleagues and friends, presenting a segment of your work or trying out
something new. This is invaluable, as it allows you to receive instruction and
feedback right in the moment as the teaching situation is unfolding. In this
format, we will work with you in becoming more proficient in reading energetic
dynamics, communicating and facilitating appropriately on many levels, and in
having a deeper awareness of your own internal responses and thought
processes that contribute (or not) to your effectiveness.
Here we examine the environment(s) within which you work, giving you feedback
and direction about what the environment is communicating and how it supports
(or does not support) your work.
Depending on your needs, we may also assist you in expanding, designing and
refining the forms and elements of your work to best express its essence and
inspire your highest abilities. If needed, we will assist you in the development of
powerful and congruent supporting materials that accurately convey the full
scope of your work.
