Nierika Sol is the result of more than three decades of focus and
empirical investigation into knowing and transcending the layers of
illusion that hide true Self.

Inherent in our investigation was always the intention to deepen
our awareness of the infinite field of consciousness - the
underlying source of all life. With that intention, we have been
fortunate to discover and develop effective, powerful methods to
help people recognize and move through illusion, and to live from
an inner awareness of what they really are.

We began teaching personal transformation in 1987 in Boulder,
Colorado. The work unfolded into various forms and evolutions
including: individual, partnership and group sessions, seminars,
residential workshops and long term, comprehensive programs for
the congruent expression of Self in the world. In 1990, we
established Nierika Institute for Conscious Evolution to encompass
the various programs we offered to the increasingly large
community involved in the work. At the end of 1999, ready to
uncover the next evolution of the work, we pursued a course of
self-study in Hawaii, and returned to the mainland (Asheville, NC)
to begin Nierika Sol in 2004.

Even though Nierika Sol is informed by our study of numerous
modalities and traditions, our knowledge is primarily intrinsic, and
has developed over time from our close observation of human
dynamics as well as from our dedication to choosing essence over
ego in our own lives. Over many years and from the experience of
teaching well over a thousand students, we have developed tried
and true methods for helping people “make their lives come true”.
